At RAPOD it is important that you are provided with quality customer service from initial communication to the final installation. It is also important to us that we create a relationship with you that lasts a lifetime and you are happy to contact us for advice or queries even while you are enjoying your RAPOD.
Therefore please see the promises below that we make to our customers:
- No bad language
- No smoking on your property
- We will not need to use any facilities inside your home
- Our tools will be battery powered or we will supply our own power
- We will remove all waste
- The site will be left tidy, as it was found - WITH YOUR NEW RAPOD IN PLACE!
- We are aware of all children and pets on site, however please remember that from the time we arrive until the time we leave your garden will contain potential hazards
- Our work will be carried out safely and following the correct procedures
- We will do our best to keep noise levels to a minimum
